低碳屋顶是应对全球气候变化的重大绿色工程之一,主要包括太阳能屋顶和绿色屋顶.建设低碳屋顶有利于节能减排、减少热岛效应、降低能源强度、提升商业价值、增加就业等.目前中国发展低碳屋顶主要存在观念、政策、技术、资金等问题.借鉴低碳屋顶发展的国际经验,中国发展低碳屋顶应采取制定低碳屋顶计划、完善低碳屋顶的产权规定、构建低碳屋顶服务体系、促进低碳屋顶技术创新,争取国际合作和加强低碳屋顶的宣传与营销工作等对策.

The low-carbon roof is a major green project in the context of global climate change,and it is mainly about the two aspects including the solar roof and the green roof.The development of the low-carbon roof is benefit to the energy-saving emission reduction,to reducing the effect of the heat-island and energy intensity,to bringing the business values and to increasing the employment.At present,in China,there are mainly problems in developing low-carbon roof about the concept,policy,technology,capital and other issues.International experience used in ref-erence in the development of low-carbon roof in China.Efforts should be taken to develop the low-carbon roof plan,to improve the property rights provisions of a low-carbon roof,to build a low-carbon roof service system,to promote the technological innovation of the low-carbon roof,to seek the international cooperation,and to strengthen the pub-licity and the marketing of low-carbon roof.
