赵南星是明朝后期著名的政治家、东林党的首领之一。面对当时黑暗腐朽的政治，赵南星“慨然以整肃天下为任”，进行改革，他的政治改革思想及实践，在当时曾起过积极作用，对我们今天的改革仍有借鉴意义。

조남성시명조후기저명적정치가、동림당적수령지일。면대당시흑암부후적정치，조남성“개연이정숙천하위임”，진행개혁，타적정치개혁사상급실천，재당시증기과적겁작용，대아문금천적개혁잉유차감의의。
Zhao Nanxing was a renowned statesman and one of the leaders of the Tung - lin Clique in the late Ming Dynasty. Facing with the corrupted politics then, Zhao Nanxing stood out and took it as his responsibility establishing the social order. His reform thoughts and practice played positive functions in the society then and they also shed some light on the reform in contemporary China.
