First,the thesis sets forth the concepts of opening air traffic rights and economic security,and then analyzes the impacts of open air traffic rights on the regional economic security from the aspects of production safety,industrial security and safety of the institutional environment.In order to maintain the regional economic security,the thesis puts forward three countermeasures which we can apply when we open air traffic rights.It is included that we should analyze the elements＇ quality and the structure of the regional economy,and grasp the timing and rhythm,as well as consummate the policy system to improve the safety of regional economy.
