通过选取陕县2个土地整理项目、4个土地综合整治项目，借助层次分析法（AHP）对陕县土地综合整治从经济、社会、生态三个方面效益进行评价分析，并构建相对完善的评价指标体系，得出如下结论：土地综合整治效益优于土地整理效益、经济基础是土地综合整治效益高低制约因素的结论。
通過選取陝縣2箇土地整理項目、4箇土地綜閤整治項目，藉助層次分析法（AHP）對陝縣土地綜閤整治從經濟、社會、生態三箇方麵效益進行評價分析，併構建相對完善的評價指標體繫，得齣如下結論：土地綜閤整治效益優于土地整理效益、經濟基礎是土地綜閤整治效益高低製約因素的結論。
통과선취협현2개토지정리항목、4개토지종합정치항목，차조층차분석법（AHP）대협현토지종합정치종경제、사회、생태삼개방면효익진행평개분석，병구건상대완선적평개지표체계，득출여하결론：토지종합정치효익우우토지정리효익、경제기출시토지종합정치효익고저제약인소적결론。
Selecting two items of land consolidations, four projects of comprehensive improvement of Shanxian County, this paper evaluates the comprehensive land consolidation of the county in terms of economic, social and ecological benefits by using Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP） and constructs a relatively perfect evaluation index system, with a conclusion that the benefit of land comprehensive improvement is greater than that of land consolidation, with economic base restricting the comprehensive regulation of land.
