选取江苏南京市和四川绵阳市为研究区，分别代表经济发达和经济欠发达区域，采用实地考察和问卷调查的方式了解征地过程中的农户行为与心理，分析两类地区调查结果的共性与差异，并探求其成因。调查结果表明：在土地征收过程中，缺乏土地征收知情权导致各地农民权益受到普遍侵害；农民参与权的落实以及对“失地”后的新环境适应性受到经济发展程度、文化程度和原本的生活方式影响。

Farmers＇ attitude and behavior in the process of agricultural land expropriation will definitely influence the effect of land expropriation. With Mianyang City in Sichuan Province and Nanjing City in Jiangsu Province as cases respectively representing less developed regions and developed regions, this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the farmers of the two cities in terms of the farmers＇ attitude and psychology in land expropriation and discusses the causes of formation. The results indicate that in the process of land expropriation farmers＇ access to information was unanimously denied. The extent to which the farmers＇ right to participate could be implemented and the capability of farmers＇ adaptation to agricultural-land-lost situation would be affected by local economic situation, farmers＇ education background and life style.
