以衡水市农村小学美术新课程的实施为研究对象,通过对访谈、问卷、收集的教学资料等信息的分析归纳,发现衡水市新课程实施有了很大进展,总体情况是乡镇小学好于村庄小学,但还普遍存在一些影响新课程实施的客观因素和人为因素。建议在教育观念、师资力量和教材等方面加强建设。

The study,taking the implementation of New Curriculum for Arts in Hengshui rural primary schools as the object,through the analysis of the information from interview,questionnaire and teaching materials collected,shows that there is great progress in the implementation of the New Curriculum and that the implementation is generally better in town primary schools than in village ones.However,there are still some objective factors and human factors affecting the implementation of the New Curriculum.It is suggested that the construction of educational ideas,teachers groups and teaching materials should be strengthened.
