全球化的背景下,外语教育是国家和公民都必须面对的问题。国家外语教育的定位既要考虑国家当前经济、政治发展的需要,重视英语教育,也要吸取历史教训,避免重蹈类似俄语＂一边倒＂的覆辙;学校外语教育的长期规划要结合国家当前发展的需要和公民个人长远发展的需求,在学校教育的不同阶段提供多个外国语种的必修和选修科目,避免出现某一种外语人才过剩而其他必需语种人才不足的现象。
전구화적배경하,외어교육시국가화공민도필수면대적문제。국가외어교육적정위기요고필국가당전경제、정치발전적수요,중시영어교육,야요흡취역사교훈,피면중도유사아어＂일변도＂적복철;학교외어교육적장기규화요결합국가당전발전적수요화공민개인장원발전적수구,재학교교육적불동계단제공다개외국어충적필수화선수과목,피면출현모일충외어인재과잉이기타필수어충인재불족적현상。
With the tendency of globalization,foreign language education has become an inevitable problem challenging both the government and the citizen.To establish the proper position of foreign language education,the importance of English must be taken into consideration by relevant policy makers;meanwhile,the historical lesson of Russian education must not be ignored.The long-term planning of systematic foreign language education should be based on both the nation＇s economic and political needs and the citizen＇s needs of personal development.At different stages of school education,more than one international language should be offered as either compulsory or optional course for students to choose according to his interest,so that talents of different foreign languages can be fostered.
