科学地构建城市低碳经济评价模型，是全面描述和正确评估城市低碳经济的现状，改善城市低碳经济实际效果的关键。文章通过建立多指标的城市低碳经济评价指标体系，利用层次分析法，尝试综合评价城市低碳经济的发展水平，并以广西梧州市为例，进行了实证分析，提出了该市发展城市低碳经济的政策建议。

Constructs the assessment index system of low-carbon economy of city scientifically, is the key to comprehensive description and the correct estimate present situation for low-carbon economy of city, as well as to grasp the countermeasure to improve the actual effect for low-carbon economy of city. This article established multi-index assessment index system of low-carbon economy, by using AHP method to determine the weight of relevant factors of the target layer, which can assessment development level of low-carbon economy of city comprehensively, and takes Wuzhou as the example, points of the existing problems and brings forth suggestions.
