本文利用1998--2008年的样本数据，通过实证方法研究宏观经济波动对工业所有制结构的影响，结果表明经济增长速度、货币存量、出口增长率以及通货膨胀与国有工业比重下降速度均呈负相关关系，这说明“国进民退”是宏观经济景气度影响的结果。因此，我们认为宏观调控政策应从优化国有与非国有企业的融资环境、对微观结构影响的程度等方面去改善国有与非国有工业企业的经营环境。
本文利用1998--2008年的樣本數據，通過實證方法研究宏觀經濟波動對工業所有製結構的影響，結果錶明經濟增長速度、貨幣存量、齣口增長率以及通貨膨脹與國有工業比重下降速度均呈負相關關繫，這說明“國進民退”是宏觀經濟景氣度影響的結果。因此，我們認為宏觀調控政策應從優化國有與非國有企業的融資環境、對微觀結構影響的程度等方麵去改善國有與非國有工業企業的經營環境。
본문이용1998--2008년적양본수거，통과실증방법연구굉관경제파동대공업소유제결구적영향，결과표명경제증장속도、화폐존량、출구증장솔이급통화팽창여국유공업비중하강속도균정부상관관계，저설명“국진민퇴”시굉관경제경기도영향적결과。인차，아문인위굉관조공정책응종우화국유여비국유기업적융자배경、대미관결구영향적정도등방면거개선국유여비국유공업기업적경영배경。
Using the sample data from 1998 to 2008, this paper researches the effects of fluctuation on industrial ownership structure by econometric analysis. The result proves that economic growth, M2, export growth and inflation have a negative effect on the decreasing speed of state - owned industrial economy, and it shows that expansion in some industries and some areas of state - owned companies are caused by the downturn of macroeconomic situation. In order to improve the business environment of private companies, policy recommendations including improving financial circumstance for private companies, paying attention to the effects of macroeconomic policies on microeconomic structure.
