针对国际项目融资贷款在实际的操作过程中会遇到很多风险及其法律问题的现实,文章从项目国际借贷的融资形式展开,分别从政治风险和商业风险两方面提出了防范措施,以使国际融资项目贷款的风险降到最低。

International project financing is an innovative financing mode,maturely applied by western developed countries in the field of infrastructure and the construction of industrial facilities.Raising project funds is the fundamentality and purpose of project financing,which mainly relies on project loan.Different from commercial credit for the general meaning, loans of project financing will encounter many risks and legal issues in practical operating process.Thus,for loan bank,it shall fully analyze the possibility and extent of various risks so as to take proper measures to avoid risks.So,this thesis discusses the risk and precaution of loan contract in international project financing from financing form of project international borrowing.
