探讨甘氨酸补充对一次力竭性运动小鼠抗体形成细胞的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分成力竭性游泳运动组(E),甘氨酸补充后力竭性游泳组(Gly+E),甘氨酸补充对照组(Gly),静息正常对照组(S),每组8只。在Gly+E、Gly组补充甘氨酸,其余两组给予生理盐水,处理4周后,E组和Gly+E组均做力竭性游泳运动。实验前5天用SRBC免疫小鼠,采用定量溶血测定法(QHS)测定小鼠脾脏内抗体形成细胞溶解SRBC的能力;用微量凝集法测定小鼠血清中抗SRBC抗体的效价;测定胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结果:与E组比较,Gly+E组的力竭性游泳运动时间显著延长(P〈0.01)。E组和S组血清抗体效价显著低于GLY组和GLY+E组(P〈0.01)。在小鼠脾脏抗体形成细胞测定试验中观察到,E组显著低于其他各组,P〈0.01;Gly+E组显著高于E组和S组,但低于Gly组(P〈0.01)。E组和S组胸腺指数低于其他各组,但P〉0.05;脾脏指数各组间比较有非常显著性差异P〈0.01。结论:甘氨酸预补充可提高力竭性游泳运动的最大操作能力;力竭性游泳运动降低血清中抗体效价,抗体形成细胞亦减少,甘氨酸预补充可对抗这些变化。

탐토감안산보충대일차력갈성운동소서항체형성세포적영향。방법:장소서수궤분성력갈성유영운동조(E),감안산보충후력갈성유영조(Gly+E),감안산보충대조조(Gly),정식정상대조조(S),매조8지。재Gly+E、Gly조보충감안산,기여량조급여생리염수,처리4주후,E조화Gly+E조균주력갈성유영운동。실험전5천용SRBC면역소서,채용정량용혈측정법(QHS)측정소서비장내항체형성세포용해SRBC적능력;용미량응집법측정소서혈청중항SRBC항체적효개;측정흉선지수화비장지수。결과:여E조비교,Gly+E조적력갈성유영운동시간현저연장(P〈0.01)。E조화S조혈청항체효개현저저우GLY조화GLY+E조(P〈0.01)。재소서비장항체형성세포측정시험중관찰도,E조현저저우기타각조,P〈0.01;Gly+E조현저고우E조화S조,단저우Gly조(P〈0.01)。E조화S조흉선지수저우기타각조,단P〉0.05;비장지수각조간비교유비상현저성차이P〈0.01。결론:감안산예보충가제고력갈성유영운동적최대조작능력;력갈성유영운동강저혈청중항체효개,항체형성세포역감소,감안산예보충가대항저사변화。
Objective:This study was to explore the influence of glycine supplementation on antibody forming cells for exhaustive physical exertion in mice.Methods:The mice were randomly divided into four groups:an exhaustive swimming group(E),a group of exhaustive swimming after glycine supplementation(Gly+E),and a sedentary group(S),a glycine supplementation and sedentary group(Gly),8 animals each group.Glycine and saline were supplemented respectively into the mice in the Gly+E and E groups,or the mice in the others,after four weeks by intragastric intubation.Both the mice of the E and the Gly+E were subjected to a bout of exhaustive swimming exercise.The contents antibody in the serum of mice was analyzed using microagglutination test.The contents antibody forming cells in the spleen of mice were analyzed using quantitative hematolytic spectrophotometric determination(QHS).Thymus index and spleen index of mice were determined.Results:The Gly+E group had a significantly longer time of exhaustive swimming than the E.The contents antibody in the serum were decreased in the E and S groups compared to the Gly+E and GLY groups(P0.01).In the experiment of determined antibody forming cell,the contents was lowered in the E as compared to the others(P0.01);and enhanced in the Gly+E compared to the E and S,but lower in the Gly+E than the Gly group(P0.01).The level of thymus index were lower in the S and E than the others,but P0.05;the level of spleen index was lower in the E and S than the others(P0.01).Conclusion:Glycine supplementation before exercise can improve the maximal physical performance in the exhaustive exercise;a bout of exhaustive exercise can inhibit the content of antibody in the serum and the content of antibody forming cells in the spleen,which can be in part reversed by pre-treatment with glycine supplementation.
