运用footscan 7.9压力分布测试系统,对济南市文东小学10名和山东师范大学附属小学15名学生(年龄在11~12岁)进行足底压力分布和步态特征的测试。以BMI〉26为肥胖判定标准,将学生分成两组(正常组与肥胖组)进行对比分析。研究结果表明:(1)步行时儿童足跟负重比例相对要高,而肥胖儿童随着步速的提高,足跟部压力显著增大。(2)慢速行走时候,肥胖儿童的步长显著高于正常儿童,随着步速的提高,正常儿童的步长显著提高,而肥胖儿童的步长显著降低,慢速行走时,肥胖儿童较正常儿童采取大步慢行的方式,而快速行走时,采取小碎步的快行方式。(3)无论是正常儿童还是肥胖儿童,随着步速的增加,步宽显著增大。

운용footscan 7.9압력분포측시계통,대제남시문동소학10명화산동사범대학부속소학15명학생(년령재11~12세)진행족저압력분포화보태특정적측시。이BMI〉26위비반판정표준,장학생분성량조(정상조여비반조)진행대비분석。연구결과표명:(1)보행시인동족근부중비례상대요고,이비반인동수착보속적제고,족근부압력현저증대。(2)만속행주시후,비반인동적보장현저고우정상인동,수착보속적제고,정상인동적보장현저제고,이비반인동적보장현저강저,만속행주시,비반인동교정상인동채취대보만행적방식,이쾌속행주시,채취소쇄보적쾌행방식。(3)무론시정상인동환시비반인동,수착보속적증가,보관현저증대。
With the footscan 7.9,the plantar pressure distribution and gait characteristics of 25 students(11~12yrs) were measured.According to the standard of BMI26,students were divided into two groups(normal and obesity).And then the data of two groups were compared and analyzed.The results showed:First,the ratios of plantar load between them were different and those of heels were relatively higher.But when obese children increased walking speed,heel forces increased significantly.Second,when children walked at a low speed,step length value of the obese children was significantly greater that of normal children.With increase of walking speed,the step length of normal children became longer significantly and that of obese children was on the contrary.Therefore we can conclude that at a low speed,the step length value of obese children was greater;but at a high speed,it was less.Third,with the increase of walking speed,step width of the two groups increased significantly.But at the same speed,the step width value of obese children was significantly greater than that of normal children.
