商业模式评价是当前商业模式研究中的关键问题,如何有效评价商业模式,成为学术界和企业界关注的焦点。在分析传统平衡计分卡不足的基础上,根据商业模式定义及构成,提出六维平衡计分卡评价模型,并设计了商业模式的评价指标,从而构建了商业模式的评价体系。

Business model Evaluation is currently a key problem in the research of business model,and how to evaluate the business model effectively become a focus in the academic and business circles.Based on shortage of traditional balanced scorecard and review of business model＇s concept and constitution,a six dimensions balanced scorecard model is proposed.And this paper also designed also the business model evaluation indexes,which constitute the business model evaluation system.
