比较一次力竭性游泳训练与耐力性游泳训练对大鼠血浆及肾脏自由基代谢的影响,结果发现与对照组相比,一次力竭性游泳使大鼠血浆中MDA与GSH-Px显著上升,SOD与GSH显著下降;耐力性游泳对大鼠血浆MDA及SOD则未产生显著性影响,对GSH及GSH-Px的影响与一次力竭性游泳趋势基本一致;对于大鼠肾脏而言,一次力竭性游泳除未引起SOD水平明显改变外,其余变化趋势与对血浆的影响基本一致;耐力性游泳则使肾脏SOD水平显著上升,其余变化趋势与对血浆的影响基本一致。以上结果提示:不同运动方式对于大鼠血浆与肾脏自由基代谢的影响基本一致,而谷胱甘肽类物质对于氧应激的敏感性可能强于SOD。本实验同时观察了以上两种运动方式对于大鼠肾脏蛋白差异表达的影响,大鼠肾脏双向电泳图谱经Image Master 2D Planium软件分析后发现在对照组、一次力竭性运动组、耐力性运动组图谱中分别检出176、155、208个蛋白点;其中与对照组相比,一次力竭性运动组有103个点可匹配,而耐力性运动组只有69个点可与对照组匹配,提示不同运动方式对大鼠肾脏蛋白质差异表达的影响可能不同。

This study compared the exhaustive endurance swimming training and swimming on plasma and renal metabolism of free radicals. The result showed that the exhaustive swimming in rats plasma MDA and GSH - Px increased significantly, SOD and GSH decreased significantly compared with the control group; The endurance swimming on plasma MDA and SOD were no significant effects on GSH and GSH -Px of exhaustive swinmfing and a consistent trend; For rat kidney, tile first exhaustive swimming in addition did not cause significant changes in the level of SOD, the change trends and the impact on plasma is consistent; The endurance swimming significantly in- creased in the level of renal SOD, the change trends and the impact on plasma is consistent. These results suggest that the different sports for free radicals in rat plasma and renal metabolism be basi- cally the same, and the glutathione substances sensitive to-oxidative stress may be stronger than that of SOD. This study also observed the movement pattern for the above two differences between kidney protein expression of rat kidney by two - dimensional electrophoresis pattern analysis software Image Master 2D Planium found in the control group, a group of exhaustive exercise, endurance exercise group map of the protein spots were detected 176,155,208, which compared with the control group, a group of exhaustive exercise can be matched with 103 points, while the endurance exercise group, only 69 points can be matched with the control group. It is suggested that different exercises on renal protein differential expression may be different.
