根据对文献的研究成果，结合对水产品加工业的深入调研分析，本文着重从供应、物流、财务、信息、需求、环境等方面对水产品加工业供应链风险进行剖析。供应链中各种风险因素之间并非独立存在，而是相互影响、互为因果。因此，在明确水产业供应链每种风险产生根源及其变动规律的基础上，提出适宜的风险控制策略，以期规避风险，确保水产业供应链整体安全高效运行。
根據對文獻的研究成果，結閤對水產品加工業的深入調研分析，本文著重從供應、物流、財務、信息、需求、環境等方麵對水產品加工業供應鏈風險進行剖析。供應鏈中各種風險因素之間併非獨立存在，而是相互影響、互為因果。因此，在明確水產業供應鏈每種風險產生根源及其變動規律的基礎上，提齣適宜的風險控製策略，以期規避風險，確保水產業供應鏈整體安全高效運行。
근거대문헌적연구성과，결합대수산품가공업적심입조연분석，본문착중종공응、물류、재무、신식、수구、배경등방면대수산품가공업공응련풍험진행부석。공응련중각충풍험인소지간병비독립존재，이시상호영향、호위인과。인차，재명학수산업공응련매충풍험산생근원급기변동규률적기출상，제출괄의적풍험공제책략，이기규피풍험，학보수산업공응련정체안전고효운행。
According to the existing research literatures, combined with industry intensive investigation and analysis of the aquatic product processing industry, this paper analyzes supply chain risks of aquatic product processing industry from six aspects such as supply, logistics, finance, information, requirements, and environment. The various risk factors of supply chain do not exist independently but influence each other and are reciprocal causation. For that reason, after explaining the root causes of supply chain risk of aquatic product processing industry and its changes law, this paper puts forwards appropriate risk management strategies to avoid risk and ensure efficient operation of supply chain of aquatic product processing industry.
