先秦两汉时期的儒家不反对求财致富,但强调获得财富应遵守“道义”原则。指出贫富分化的根本原因是国家基本制度设计违反“道义”,造成“重税、兼并”,从而使特权、垄断盛行,侵蚀人们的劳动所得,应根据“道义”原则建立相应的财富约束与调整机制,从基本制度设计上竭力防止和避免贫富分化。
先秦兩漢時期的儒傢不反對求財緻富,但彊調穫得財富應遵守“道義”原則。指齣貧富分化的根本原因是國傢基本製度設計違反“道義”,造成“重稅、兼併”,從而使特權、壟斷盛行,侵蝕人們的勞動所得,應根據“道義”原則建立相應的財富約束與調整機製,從基本製度設計上竭力防止和避免貧富分化。
선진량한시기적유가불반대구재치부,단강조획득재부응준수“도의”원칙。지출빈부분화적근본원인시국가기본제도설계위반“도의”,조성“중세、겸병”,종이사특권、롱단성행,침식인문적노동소득,응근거“도의”원칙건립상응적재부약속여조정궤제,종기본제도설계상갈력방지화피면빈부분화。
The Confucians in the Pre - Qin period and the Han period did not oppose the pursuit of wealth based on justice. They point- ed out that the institutional weakness then was the root cause and justice could not be obtained due to privilege and monopoly. They ad- vocated the principle of justice for a fair share of wealth by establishing some mechanism or system for controlling the accumulation of wealth.
