对中国省际资本流动的影响因素、影响方向及其影响的显著程度进行了实证检验。结果显示，市场潜力对资本流动具有显著的促进作用，是影响资本流动最重要的因素，而人力资本、开放程度、交通基础设施存量以及拥挤成本对所在省域的资本流动具有抑制作用。在研究期内，资本的集聚效应大于其扩散效应。

This paper tests the factors, the direction of impact and the significant degrees which offect capital flows impacts in empirical analysis. The result shows that market potential is the main determinant for capital flows and it has a significant impact on capital flows, while the human capital, openness, stock of transportation infrastructure and the crowded cost can restrain capital flowing out from the province where they are and the combined effect of capital is greater than its diffusion effect in the study period.
