新修订的《统一域名争议解决政策程序规则》自2010年3月1日起施行。该规则主要修订内容有：对诉状形式和传送方式提出电子化、无纸化要求；将文件的互联网络传送方式放在优先地位；增加“书面通知”程序；明确规定“该规则与争议解决机构补充规则相冲突时，该规则效力优先”。这些修订内容体现了在保证程序公正的前提下进一步提高程序效率的目的，有利于域名争议的高效、公正解决。修订后的新规则对我国域名争议解决相关程序规则的修订与完善，具有借鉴参考价值。
신수정적《통일역명쟁의해결정책정서규칙》자2010년3월1일기시행。해규칙주요수정내용유：대소상형식화전송방식제출전자화、무지화요구；장문건적호련망락전송방식방재우선지위；증가“서면통지”정서；명학규정“해규칙여쟁의해결궤구보충규칙상충돌시，해규칙효력우선”。저사수정내용체현료재보증정서공정적전제하진일보제고정서효솔적목적，유리우역명쟁의적고효、공정해결。수정후적신규칙대아국역명쟁의해결상관정서규칙적수정여완선，구유차감삼고개치。
The newly revised Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy came into force on March 1, 2010. The main revised contents of these Rules include： the pleadings shall be made and communicated only in electronic - format; the communication via the lnternet has been made to be the first manner; the ＂Written Notice＂ procedure has been added ; the rule that ＂＇To the extent that the Supplemental Rules of any Provider conflict with these Rules, these Rules supersede＂ has been provided clearly. These revised contents reflect the aim of raising procedural efficiency farther on the premise of ensuring procedural justice, and can be benefit to the efficient and just settlement of domain name disputes. The new revised Rules will be good reference to the revision and perfection of our country＇s relevant procedural rules on the settlement of domain name disputes.
