采用SCL-90量表对苏州市99名高学历求职者进行测试，并对测试数据进行统计分析，结果显示：不同性别、工作经验、学历背景及专业的求职者，其心理健康水平没有显著差异；年龄大的高职称求职者在强迫、人际敏感、抑郁和饮食睡眠方面得分偏高；而农村求职者心理健康水平低于城镇的求职者，沿海发达地区和西部地区的求职者心理健康水平均低于经济发展中等的北方地区的求职者。因此建议高学历求职者应当正视由于社会、家庭经济、户籍等原因而产生的心理问题，政府有关部门也应予以关注并出台一些相关的政策。

The study has used SCL-90 to test the psycho-health of 99 high degrees hunting for jobs in Suzhou and analyzed those data. The results show that the psycho-health of these people is of no variance in sex, work and of an education background, and occupation. Those with high prefessional rating and of an elder age are worse than others in obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, food and sleep; those with rural background have worse psychological state than those from cities and towns; people from the developed coastal areas and the western areas have lower psyeho-heahh level than those from the secondary developed north areas. Generally speaking, because of society, family economy and household register, most high degrees have had considerable psychological problems. We suggest that concerned official departments should give due attention to this phenomenon and issue related policies and high degrees should take initiative to tackle these problems too.
