为了促进知识的共享,本文在现有相关研究的基础上,提出了图书馆知识转移的一般过程模型,指出知识服务人员在此过程中的重要作用,并从知识特性、心理、能力、媒介、交流5个方面分析了图书馆知识转移的影响因素。在一定程度上提高了图书馆知识转移的效率和效果。
為瞭促進知識的共享,本文在現有相關研究的基礎上,提齣瞭圖書館知識轉移的一般過程模型,指齣知識服務人員在此過程中的重要作用,併從知識特性、心理、能力、媒介、交流5箇方麵分析瞭圖書館知識轉移的影響因素。在一定程度上提高瞭圖書館知識轉移的效率和效果。

In order to promote knowledge sharing,on the basis of related works,this paper proposed the general process model of knowledge transfer in library,pointed out the importance of knowledge service staff in this process.And it analyzed the infulencing factors of knowledge transfer in library in the aspects of knowledge characteristics,mental,capacity,media,communication.To some extent,improve efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge transfer in library.
