本文从探索式学习和利用式学习两个视角来研究组织学习，对社会资本通过组织学习作用于企业绩效的机理进行理论分析和实证检验。研究结论表明，组织学习在社会资本和企业绩效之间具有中介作用，其中，外部社会资本有利于探索式学习，而内部社会资本有利于利用式学习；探索式学习有利于提高新产品绩效，利用式学习有利于提高综合绩效，探索式学习与利用式学习之间具有协调和协同效应。
本文從探索式學習和利用式學習兩箇視角來研究組織學習，對社會資本通過組織學習作用于企業績效的機理進行理論分析和實證檢驗。研究結論錶明，組織學習在社會資本和企業績效之間具有中介作用，其中，外部社會資本有利于探索式學習，而內部社會資本有利于利用式學習；探索式學習有利于提高新產品績效，利用式學習有利于提高綜閤績效，探索式學習與利用式學習之間具有協調和協同效應。
본문종탐색식학습화이용식학습량개시각래연구조직학습，대사회자본통과조직학습작용우기업적효적궤리진행이론분석화실증검험。연구결론표명，조직학습재사회자본화기업적효지간구유중개작용，기중，외부사회자본유리우탐색식학습，이내부사회자본유리우이용식학습；탐색식학습유리우제고신산품적효，이용식학습유리우제고종합적효，탐색식학습여이용식학습지간구유협조화협동효응。
This paper explores the exploratory learning and exploitation learning, and its relationship with corporate social capital. The empirical results show that： Organizational learning plays intermediary role between the social capital and finn performance; the external social capital is conducive to exploratory learning, and internal social capital is conducive to the exploitation learning; while exploratory learning can improve new product performance, exploitation learning can promote comprehensive performance. This conclusion provides both theoretical ref- erences and practical implications.
