专业实验目的是训练学生的专业技能,提高学生的综合素质.采用化学共沉淀法制备Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9粉体,采用干压法压制成5×5×50mm长条形样品和直径15mm样片.用XRD对其结构进行表征,用阿基米德排水法和热膨胀仪对其致密度和烧结性能进行表征,用交流阻抗谱对其电学性能进行表征.通过实验,学生基本了解化学共沉淀方法的原理、致密度的测试方法以及电学性能的表征方法.

Based on the special experiment project of training special skill and enhancing compressive quality of students, Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9 powders are prepared by chemical eopreeipitation method and are pressed into small pieces and small bars with dimensions of 5×5×50mm, which are applied to study the sintering shrinkage process. The structure of the material is characterized by XRD, and the density of the specimens is determined by Archimedes method. AC impedance spectroscopy is performed on the pieces from 400 to 850℃. The result shows that student master the principle of coprecipitation, measurement of consistency and electricity property.
