随着全球经济进入"后危机时代",中国经济体制发生了深刻的变化,商业银行的市场化程度日益加深,竞争日趋激烈。完善"以市场为导向,以客户为中心"的客户经理制成为商业银行取得竞争优势的必然选择。在后危机时代背景下,我国商业银行推行客户经理制应从提高客户经理服务意识、建立客户经理培训有效机制、优化客户经理的绩效考核体系、强化客户经理风险监管机制、再造商业银行业务流程和管理模式等方面加以完善。
隨著全毬經濟進入"後危機時代",中國經濟體製髮生瞭深刻的變化,商業銀行的市場化程度日益加深,競爭日趨激烈。完善"以市場為導嚮,以客戶為中心"的客戶經理製成為商業銀行取得競爭優勢的必然選擇。在後危機時代揹景下,我國商業銀行推行客戶經理製應從提高客戶經理服務意識、建立客戶經理培訓有效機製、優化客戶經理的績效攷覈體繫、彊化客戶經理風險鑑管機製、再造商業銀行業務流程和管理模式等方麵加以完善。
수착전구경제진입"후위궤시대",중국경제체제발생료심각적변화,상업은행적시장화정도일익가심,경쟁일추격렬。완선"이시장위도향,이객호위중심"적객호경리제성위상업은행취득경쟁우세적필연선택。재후위궤시대배경하,아국상업은행추행객호경리제응종제고객호경리복무의식、건립객호경리배훈유효궤제、우화객호경리적적효고핵체계、강화객호경리풍험감관궤제、재조상업은행업무류정화관리모식등방면가이완선。
With the global economy entering post-crisis era,China's economic system has changed profoundly.The degrees of market and competition among commercial banks of China have been increasing.It's an inevitable choice for commercial banks to gain a competitive edge via perfecting the client manager system based on "market-oriented,customer-centric".This paper has proposed five suggestions to perfect the Bank Client Manger System based on the post-crisis era.Firstly,enhance the Client Managers' sense of serving;Secondly,establish the permanent merchanism in Client Managers' training course;Thirdly,optimize the performance appraisal system among the client managers;Fourthly,intensify the risk supervision system in client managers;Fifthly,relinstitate the operation flow and mode of management with in the commercial banks.
