Wang Chunfei, gained admittance to the department of Chinese language and literature, Liaoning University in January 1978. Four years later, she graduated and took the teaching post in the same department. In 1992 and 1998, she was respectively promoted to the ranks of associate professor and professor exceptionally. In 2008, Professor Wang was appointed as a doctoral supervisor instructing Ph.D candidates specialized in literary theory studies. She serves as the executive director of Liaoning Province Writing Association and the evaluation expert of National Social Sciences Foundation, Liaoning Province Social Sciences Foundation, Liaoning Province Social Science Federation and Shenyang City Social Science Federation.
