以财政支出规模和结构的＂国家主导型＂理论为基础,从供给视角出发研究我国行政管理支出的高速增长问题,得出以下结论：长期来说,我国财政支出规模、地方政府财政支出比重的扩大刺激了行政管理支出的增长,中央政府财政收入比重的扩大抑制了行政管理支出的增长;短期来说,以上变量对行政管理支出增长的影响都不显著,但是我国行政管理支出短期有很强的惯性增长的趋势。
以財政支齣規模和結構的＂國傢主導型＂理論為基礎,從供給視角齣髮研究我國行政管理支齣的高速增長問題,得齣以下結論：長期來說,我國財政支齣規模、地方政府財政支齣比重的擴大刺激瞭行政管理支齣的增長,中央政府財政收入比重的擴大抑製瞭行政管理支齣的增長;短期來說,以上變量對行政管理支齣增長的影響都不顯著,但是我國行政管理支齣短期有很彊的慣性增長的趨勢。

Based on the ＂state-led＂ theory of the size and structure of fiscal expenditure and from the supply perspective to analyze the problem of the rapid growth of administrative expenditure the paper,concludes：in the long term,the increasing of fiscal expenditure scale and the expansion of proportion of local government expenditure stimulate the growth of administrative expenses,the expansion of the proportion of central government revenue inhibites the growth of administrative expenses.In the short term,the effect of the three variables to the administrative expenses is not significant,our administrative expenses show growth trend.
