先验思辨逻辑并非是构造本体知识的学问，而是为构造本体知识的思辨逻辑建立一种先验基础，从而摆脱思辨逻辑的独断论性质。在这个意义上，先验思辨逻辑是坚持在知性的分析中，呈现一切思辨活动所遵循的先验原理。这一先验原理即是批判地考察理智直观和思辨思维的先验机能，因而它应当归属于批判哲学。
先驗思辨邏輯併非是構造本體知識的學問，而是為構造本體知識的思辨邏輯建立一種先驗基礎，從而襬脫思辨邏輯的獨斷論性質。在這箇意義上，先驗思辨邏輯是堅持在知性的分析中，呈現一切思辨活動所遵循的先驗原理。這一先驗原理即是批判地攷察理智直觀和思辨思維的先驗機能，因而它應噹歸屬于批判哲學。

Transcendental speculative logic does not refer to the knowledge concerning ontology of construc. tion, but lays a kind of transcendental basis for the speculative logic of construction ontology, thereby casting off dogmatical attribute of speculative logic. In this sense, transcendental speculative logic is to show all spec- ulative activities guided by transcendental principle with intellectual analysis. The principle stresses critically examining transcendental mechanism of intellectual intuition and deliberation and thinking, hence being classified into critical philosophy.
