对四川高校“阳光体育运动”认知水平、硬件建设、制度建设、条件保障进行现状调查。研究认为，四川高校“阳光体育”长效机制的建立包括：突出“针对性”是“阳光体育运动”宣传工作的关键；协同项目与场地器材配备是硬件建设的中心；完善保障制度，提升制度执行力是重点；健全激励机制，缩小行为动机与参与现状“剪刀差”是条件保障的核心。
