The employment of college graduates is a systematic project which runs through the whole education.It ranges over enrollment,education,management,social communication and some other work.Thus,relevant staff in colleges must start from system theory to establish the following work systems,i.e.six ＂Trinity＂： enrollment,training and employment;education,management and services;individual,college and society;thought,action and effect;college holds labor fair independently,jointly with other institutions and graduates participate only;voluntariness,encouragement and restriction and carry out the work through comprehensive and various means.
