为改变在洪水灾害救援时单纯依靠人力装沙袋的现状,减轻救援人员的繁重工作,设计了一款半自动沙砾挖装机。该机可以连续、快速输出沙袋,实现了挖沙、装沙、沙袋封装的一体化。给出了机器的整体设计方案,实现集沙、输送、装沙及自动封装等基本功能,并介绍了辅助装置的作用及调节方法。完成了整机的结构设计及缩尺实物样机的制作,并重点阐述了关键结构的设计方法。实验结果表明,采用自动沙砾挖装机比人工挖沙效率提高10倍。

위개변재홍수재해구원시단순의고인력장사대적현상,감경구원인원적번중공작,설계료일관반자동사력알장궤。해궤가이련속、쾌속수출사대,실현료알사、장사、사대봉장적일체화。급출료궤기적정체설계방안,실현집사、수송、장사급자동봉장등기본공능,병개소료보조장치적작용급조절방법。완성료정궤적결구설계급축척실물양궤적제작,병중점천술료관건결구적설계방법。실험결과표명,채용자동사력알장궤비인공알사효솔제고10배。
A mini-type semiautomatic dredging machine is designed.It can decrease the consuming of manpower by changing the status quo that all the sand bags are made only by hands.Not only this machine can made sand bags continuously and rapidly,but also dredge sand,fill them into bags and encapsulate them automatically.The functions of machine can be satisfied by whole design scheme.Some auxiliaries and their adjustment method are also introduced.The structural design method to the key components of the machine is proposed.A scaling sample machine is made for testing and analysis.It shows that the sand bags filling efficiency can be improved up to ten times,by using this semiautomatic dredging machine,than only depending on hands.
