改革开放以来,我国的英语教学,特别是大学英语教学,取得了明显的成绩。但是,如何提高学生的英语写作能力这个问题,始终没有得到妥善的解决。针对这个问题,基于“社团实践”的理论模式,结合国家精品课程“英语写作”(1—4级水平)的建设,通过“快乐写作”理念的引入,本文探讨了如何通过“人文关怀”与“技术精巧”相互结合的方法,解决英语写作难的问题。

Over the past decades, the quality of English teaching has greatly been enhanced in China. This is especially true for college English. Quality teaching in English writing has, however, remained a mission not completed yet. The present study looks at problems in this respect and attempts to provide solutions. A brief introduction is given in the first part. The ensuing part identifies major problems existing in the teaching of writing. Community of practice is adopted in the third part as a theoretic framework to look at relevant issues. Based on our teaching practice, an innovative approach is introduced in the fourth part. In the closing part, an ecological perspective is recapitulated to encourage a healthier combination between humanistic concern and technological delicacy in more writing classrooms.
