对15名男子游泳选手腹直肌在仰卧起坐练习下肌电特征进行分析。研究结果表明:(1)无论是向心收缩过程,还是离心收缩过程,斜靠仰卧起坐姿势时,锻炼效果最好;(2)在仰卧起坐动作练习时,采用斜靠仰卧起坐动作且使用加速起(快起),减速落(慢落)的运动节奏,对腹直肌训练效果较好;(3)提出了练习仰卧起坐动作的动作要领。
對15名男子遊泳選手腹直肌在仰臥起坐練習下肌電特徵進行分析。研究結果錶明:(1)無論是嚮心收縮過程,還是離心收縮過程,斜靠仰臥起坐姿勢時,鍛煉效果最好;(2)在仰臥起坐動作練習時,採用斜靠仰臥起坐動作且使用加速起(快起),減速落(慢落)的運動節奏,對腹直肌訓練效果較好;(3)提齣瞭練習仰臥起坐動作的動作要領。
대15명남자유영선수복직기재앙와기좌연습하기전특정진행분석。연구결과표명:(1)무론시향심수축과정,환시리심수축과정,사고앙와기좌자세시,단련효과최호;(2)재앙와기좌동작연습시,채용사고앙와기좌동작차사용가속기(쾌기),감속락(만락)적운동절주,대복직기훈련효과교호;(3)제출료연습앙와기좌동작적동작요령。
The EMG characteristics of abdominal rectus muscle of 15 male swimmers in practice sit-ups were analyzed.Results showed that,first,whether to shrink process,or eccentric contractions process,leaning sit-ups posture had the best effect.Second,in the sit-ups practice,adopted moves leaning sit-ups moves and used accelerated(quick),slowing down(slow down the pace),the abdominal rectus muscle training effect was better.Third,movement essentials in practice sit-ups were suggested.
