利用表面肌电图和同步摄像技术,在游泳水槽实验条件下对优秀自由泳运动员的动作技术进行测试与分析。结果显示:表面肌电图和同步摄像技术能较好地检测游泳运动员动作技术;在游泳动作中,股直肌、胸大肌、肱二头肌、肱三头肌和屈腕肌的激活程度较大,在专项力量训练中应加强练习;运动员的动作协调性好,但动作技术仍需改善。

This study measured and analyzed an elite freestyle swimmer' s movement and techniques with surface EMG synchronized with video cameras in the swimming flume. The study found that the testing method of surface EMG synchronized with video cameras is a proper and efficient way to know and measure the swimmer' s actions and techniques. The study also discovered that muscles as rectus femoris, pectoralis major, biceps brachii, triceps brachii, and flexor carpi are highly activated during swimming, and thus they need intensified practice in special training. This paper pointed out that the subject swimmer possessed a well-developed coordination but needed to improve his swimming techniques.
