统筹城乡教育发展,必须建立起科学有效的管理体制和运行机制。总结近几年来的实践经验,应探索建立科学的城乡教育一体化管理体制、学校干部教师交流机制、教育公平调节机制、教育信息资源共享机制等,提高城乡学校,特别是农村学校的办学水平和教育质量,进而实现城乡教育"良性互动"、"双赢共进"。
統籌城鄉教育髮展,必鬚建立起科學有效的管理體製和運行機製。總結近幾年來的實踐經驗,應探索建立科學的城鄉教育一體化管理體製、學校榦部教師交流機製、教育公平調節機製、教育信息資源共享機製等,提高城鄉學校,特彆是農村學校的辦學水平和教育質量,進而實現城鄉教育"良性互動"、"雙贏共進"。
통주성향교육발전,필수건립기과학유효적관리체제화운행궤제。총결근궤년래적실천경험,응탐색건립과학적성향교육일체화관리체제、학교간부교사교류궤제、교육공평조절궤제、교육신식자원공향궤제등,제고성향학교,특별시농촌학교적판학수평화교육질량,진이실현성향교육"량성호동"、"쌍영공진"。
Overall urban and rural education development must set up scientific and effective management system and operation mechanism. The practical experience in recent years indicates that China should establish scientific and urban and rural integrated education management system,exchange mechanism for school cadres and teachers,equal education adjustment mechanism,sharing mechanism for education information resources and so on,raise the school-run level and education quality of urban schools and especially the rural schools and realize good interaction and double win and progress of urban and rural education.
