新生代农民工的城市融入问题是中国当前社会转型过程中出现的一个重大的现实和理论问题。借鉴西方移民问题分析框架，可以从经济融入、社会融入、制度融入、文化心理融入等维度建构新生代农民工城市融入分析框架，并列举四维度的部分分析指标。本文基于山东省部分地区获得的新生代农民工调研数据发现，山东省新生代农民工在经济、社会、制度、文化心理等四个层面的城市融入状况均较差。解决该群体的城市融入问题，必须根据其群体需求，解决所需问题，在提升其留城意愿前提下逐步引导其融入城市。
新生代農民工的城市融入問題是中國噹前社會轉型過程中齣現的一箇重大的現實和理論問題。藉鑒西方移民問題分析框架，可以從經濟融入、社會融入、製度融入、文化心理融入等維度建構新生代農民工城市融入分析框架，併列舉四維度的部分分析指標。本文基于山東省部分地區穫得的新生代農民工調研數據髮現，山東省新生代農民工在經濟、社會、製度、文化心理等四箇層麵的城市融入狀況均較差。解決該群體的城市融入問題，必鬚根據其群體需求，解決所需問題，在提升其留城意願前提下逐步引導其融入城市。

It is a serious problem how the new generation of migrant workers integrates into urban society in the process of social transformation in China. Reference from framework for resettlement in the West, the paper constructs an analysis frame following as economic integration, social integration, system integration, culture and psychological integration, and lists some indicators. Based on survey data from 1528 migrant workers of new generation obtained in Shandong Province, we have found the status that the new generation of migrant workers merged into urban society in Shandong Province is poor. The solutions to this problem must be based on the following ways： meeting such group＇s needs, solving their problems, enhancing their willingness to stay in the city, and guiding them to integrate into the city gradually.
