自＂走出去＂战略实施以来,我国对境外的直接投资迅速增长,已成为中国海外利益的重要组成部分。本文依据对商务部《对外投资合作国别（地区）指南（2009版）》系列报告的文本解读,对中国2008～2009年间海外直接投资动机、主体和行业集中度等现状与特征进行了研究。研究表明：中国对外直接投资（1）是国内过度依赖资源的传统经济增长模式的国际延续;（2）虽然增长高速但发展滞后;（3）虽然国际拓展迅速但所占份额较少;（4）跨国并购成为对外直接投资的主要形式;（5）国企、特别是央企成为对外直接投资的主力军;（6）受国内外宏观形势和政策变动影响显著。

China＇s outward FDI has been developing so rapidly since the ＂going-out＂ strategy was enforced 10 years ago,and has already become the important part of China＇s overseas interests.This paper analyzes the motives,main undertakers and concentration ratios of industries of China＇s outward FDI based on the 2009 Series Guides to Investment Environment in All Countries for China＇s Outward FDI issued by the Ministry of Commerce,P.R.China.The main conclusions include： China＇s outward FDI is the continuation of the traditional economic growth pattern which over-depends on natural resources;（2） although the rapid growth of China＇s outward FDI has been maintained,it lags behind compared to other countries;（3） although China＇s FDI expands so fast,its share in the global market is still very small;（4） cross-border MA is the main way of China＇s outward FDI,etc.
