在对我国西部五省区农村学校布局调整政策的基本动因,运用多元回归分析了学校布局调整对学生学业成绩和学校适应性的影响之后,发现:2004年到2008年之间参与"西部地区基础教育发展项目"乡镇的学校关闭的教学点数非常高,关闭教学点的平均规模也下降很快。关闭教学点距离学校的平均距离更远了。学校布局调整对学生的学业成绩和学校适应性都产生了显著的负向影响:来自教学点的转校生的学业成绩显著低于非转校生;其学校适应性也明显比非转校生差。

This article investigates the fundamental reason for the school layout adjustment in five provinces and autonomous regions in western China and analyzes the impact of the school layout adjustment on student academic achievement and school adaptability by applying multiple regression analysis.The results show that in townships which participated in the Basic Education in Western Areas Project(BEWAP) between 2004 and 2008,the number of closed teaching points in the given rural areas is relatively high;the average size of closed teaching points becomes smaller and smaller;and distances from closed teaching points to school are much farther.The school layout adjustment has significant negative influence on student academic achievement and school adaptability;and students who were from teaching points have significantly lower academic achievement and poorer school adaptability than the non-transfer students.
