随着社会结构的变迁,美国以大学教育学院为基地的教师教育大学化正在面临着严重的信任危机,教育学院对社会需求反应迟钝、地位边缘化、学术性与专业性相冲突等等;与此相应,美国教育界要求对大学教育学院教师教育项目进行严格的专业实践能力评估,重建教师教育课程体系,确保美国未来教师质量。美国大学教育学院面临的危机、挑战及其改革动向对我国综合性大学参与教师教育具有借鉴和警示意义。

With the changing of social structure,Teacher education in the institutes of education in American universities is facing serious crisis of confidence.These institutes are slow in responding to the demand of society,possess marginal status,and show conflicts between academic and professional activities.Correspondently,the American education circle requires strict assessment be imposed on the teacher education programs in the institutes of education in American universities in the aspect of professional practice ability;and the curriculum system of teacher education be re-established to ensure the quality of the teachers in the future.The crisis,challenge and reform of the institutes of education in American universities can be taken as reference for China's comprehensive universities to be involved in teacher education.
