成功的政治动员是中国共产党取得革命胜利的重要原因。抗日战争爆发后，中共对华北乡村春节文娱进行改造，并用群众运动的方式推广，这有力地配合了抗战动员工作。随着战争形势和社会环境的变化，春节文娱不再是单纯地娱乐，而是民众生活斗争、自身教育的反映，是民众寻求政治意愿表达的重要途径。这种新变化不仅是中共政治动员有效性的体现，也是包括春节文娱在内的民俗文化在新的时代环境下得到继承和发展的体现。

Successful political mobilization of the CPC was one of the important factors contributing to the victory of the revolutionary struggles. After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression the CPC transformed the spring festival recreational activities in the rural areas of North China and made them serve the ef- forts of the national revolutionary war; then a mass movement was launched to popularize the transformed activi- ties, which effectively promoted the war mobilization. Along with the changes in the war situation and social cir- cumstances, the Spring Festival entertainment was no longer simply for entertainment＇ s sake, but a display of the people＇ s life and struggle and a classroom of seff-education, an important channel for the masses to express their political aspirations. This new change embodied not only the CPC＇ s effective political mobilization, but also the inheritance and development of the popular culture, including Spring Festival cultural recreations, in the new era.
