The paper takes the present situation of industrial development as the start to discuss the necessity of third industrial interaction.It points out that China has the objective conditions.It believes that establishing the integrated market system of urban and rural,the industry chain of agriculture,industry and trade,the development of special agriculture gardens and the convergence of industries are the effective ways.
