基于人均GDP基尼系数及其变化的结构分解，对湖北省区域经济差距的动态变化、产业构成进行了深刻的分析，揭示了20世纪90年代中期以来该省17个地市州之间人均GDP差距及其变化的动力机制。结果表明，非农产业是湖北省区域经济差距的决定性因素，而非农产业尤其是第二产业地理集中程度的提高又是推动湖北省区域经济差距扩大的主导性因素。缓解湖北省区域经济差距的现实选择并不仅仅局限于加快落后地区非农产业发展，还应该促进生产要素流动，推动人口向工业化程度高的地区集中，降低湖北省生产与人口地区分布的不一致性。
基于人均GDP基尼繫數及其變化的結構分解，對湖北省區域經濟差距的動態變化、產業構成進行瞭深刻的分析，揭示瞭20世紀90年代中期以來該省17箇地市州之間人均GDP差距及其變化的動力機製。結果錶明，非農產業是湖北省區域經濟差距的決定性因素，而非農產業尤其是第二產業地理集中程度的提高又是推動湖北省區域經濟差距擴大的主導性因素。緩解湖北省區域經濟差距的現實選擇併不僅僅跼限于加快落後地區非農產業髮展，還應該促進生產要素流動，推動人口嚮工業化程度高的地區集中，降低湖北省生產與人口地區分佈的不一緻性。

Based on structural composition of Gini index of GDP capita, the industrial composition of regional economic disparity of Hubei Province and its evolution are analyzed profoundly. So the disparity of GDP capita between 17 regions of Hubei Province and the dynamics mechanism of its evolution since middle 1990s are revealed. The result shows that it is nonagricultural industries that determine regional economic disparities of Hubei Province. The rising of concentration level of nonagricultural industries especially the second industry to relatively developed regions is a main reason that had raised the disparity of Hubei Province since middle 1990s. The policy implication of the result is that in order to reduce regional economic disparities of Hubei Province we should not only accelerate development of nonagricultural industries of relatively undeveloped region, but also promote population concentrating to more industrialized regions as to hold regional distribution of production consistent with that of population.
