从扩散环境与社会经济协调发展以及协调度的定义出发,利用因子分析和相关分析相结合的方法,设计了一套定量化评价区域社会经济与扩散环境协调发展的方法,并对西北地区352个县域的农业技术扩散环境与社会经济协调发展状况进行了定量化评价。结果表明:根据扩散环境相似性、发展水平相近性、协调发展一致性等原则,利用聚类分析法。可将西北地区各县域分为高度协调发展型、中等协调发展型、初级协调发展型和整体发展滞后型4种类型区域;把空间分布类型转化为时间发展阶段,以发展阶段作为区域社会经济与农业技术扩散环境协调发展状态的背景时,西北地区各县域协调度呈明显的空间“S”型变化特征,根据协调度随社会经济发展的“S”型曲线变化特征,可划分为初级不协调、低级协调、中级协调、高级失调和高度协调5个阶段。

Regional social-economic development is conducive to improve the diffusion environment of agritechnique and accelerate diffusion, but existing researches seldom involve in qualitative analysis. The paper first discusses the fundamental concepts of the coordinative development and coordination degree between regional socialeconomy and the diffusion environment of agri-technique and a method integrating Factor Analysis with Correlation Analysis is designed for the quantitative assessment of the coordination degree between social-economic and the diffusion environment of agri-technique at county level in the Northwestern China. Conclusions as follows: adopting cluster analysis method, the paper classifies the Northwestern China into 4 categories by using the targets of diffu- sion environment quality, socio-economic level and coordinative development degree. Expressed with the concept of time instead of space, the paper use stages of development as background of the relationship between regional social-economy and the diffusion environment of agri-technique, the result of the demonstrative analysis on county level in the Northwestern China is in line with the "S-shaped" curve and the paper classifies the Northwestern China into 5 categories by using the characteristic of the "S-shaped" curve.
