本文从经济学视角,系统地分析了我国饭店员工流动率过高现象,深刻认识到饭店员工工资不能有效执行劳动供求调节功能、员工供需增长失衡和供需结构错位、经济外部性导致了饭店后期人力资本投入不足,也是导致员工流动率过高的原因。因此,旅游教育机构要在适当控制旅游高等教育规模增长的同时,强化特色并丰富职业内容;饭店要提高薪酬待遇,加大人力资本投资;政府进一步完善维护劳动市场环境工作。

From the perspective of economics,this paper systematically analyzes the phenomenon of too high flow rate of hotel employees in our country,and deeply realizes that the reasons for too high flow rates of employees are that the salaries of hotel employees can not effectively adjust the supply and demand of labor,non-equilibrium of supply and demand of employees increasing,dislocation of supply and demand structure,and the insufficient inputs of human capitals in later period caused by economic externalities.Therefore,the educational sectors of tourism should enhance the specialty and enrich vocational contents while justly controlling the scale of higher education of tourism.The hotels should raise salaries of their employees,and increase the inputs of human capitals.The governments should further improve and protect the environments of labor markets.
