农村经济协会是改革开放以后我国农村自发实现的一种组织制度创新,也是目前我国农村NGO的主要形式。根据农村经济协会的发展实际,界定农村NGO的基本范畴,明确农村NGO评估的目的和原则,建立农村经济协会的评估指标体系,并给予评估细则,旨在通过评估工作的引导,不断推进农村经济协会的健康发展。

Economic association in rural areas is an innovation of organization system that has spontaneously come out after the reforms and opening to overseas,and it is also the main form of rural NGO in our country.According to actual development of rural economic associations,this paper defines the basic category of rural NGO,makes clear the goals and the principles of assessment on rural NGO,build the index system of assessment of rural associations,formulate detailed rules and regulations of assessment and in the hope of continuously push forward health development of economic associations in rural areas under the guidance of assessment.
