兴起于高等教育大众化时期的大学教育质量评估致力于大学教育质量的提升,却也存在诸多的争议。大学教育质量评估中的争议表现为:大学教育质量的可评与不可评之争,评估中工具价值与人文特性的冲突,评估对大学质量的消退与促进。在探讨大学教育质量评估中各种争议产生原因的同时,寻求通过大学教育质量评估本源的回归、质量评估合理性的重塑以及多元化评估主体的建构,消融质量评估中的争议和矛盾,使质量评估成为促进大学发展的助推器。

Springing up in the period of the popularization of higher education, the quality evaluation of university education aiming to promote the quality of university education has brought about many disputes. The disputes in the quality evaluation for university education are showed in such aspects as the controversy of whether the quality of university education is evaluable or not, the conflict between assessment tools and human characteristics in the quality evaluation, and the positive and negative effect of evaluation on the quality of university education. While tracking down the causes of various debates in the quality evaluation of university education, this paper attempts to find the solution to the disputes and conflicts in quality evaluation through the origin return of quality evaluation of university education, the remodeling of the rationality of quality evaluation and the construction of the multi - evaluation subject, thus to make the quality evaluation become a booster for the development of universities.
