应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)对甘草中微量元素铜的含量进行了测定,并对GFAAS若干条件进行了优化选择.结果表明:该法铜的线性范围20~100 ng/mL,平均回收率99%,相对标准偏差在1.66%以下,结果可靠,方法简便,可用于实际样品的测定.

Copper in glycyrrhiza was determinated by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(GFAAS).Several conditions of GFAAS were selected.The results showed that the linear range of calibration curve was 20-100 ng.mL-1,the average recovery rate with standard addition mode was 99%,and the relative-standard deviations for the determination were no more than 1.66%.The method is simple,reliable and could be used for determination of practical samples.
