从政治效益、经济效益、文化效益及社会效益等角度系统阐述我国再次申办奥运会及世博会的必要性,并从奥组委与世界展览局规定的相关申办规则、先例等方面分析我国再次申办奥运会和世博会的可行性。同时,从我国已经成功举办过奥运会与世博会积累的经验与成熟的风险规避措施等方面,分析我国再次申办奥运会及世博会的比较优势。最后简要提出再次申办奥运会与世博会的地点选择方案。
從政治效益、經濟效益、文化效益及社會效益等角度繫統闡述我國再次申辦奧運會及世博會的必要性,併從奧組委與世界展覽跼規定的相關申辦規則、先例等方麵分析我國再次申辦奧運會和世博會的可行性。同時,從我國已經成功舉辦過奧運會與世博會積纍的經驗與成熟的風險規避措施等方麵,分析我國再次申辦奧運會及世博會的比較優勢。最後簡要提齣再次申辦奧運會與世博會的地點選擇方案。

This article systematically elaborates on the necessity of China＇s bid for the Olympic Games and the World Expo again from the angles of the political benefit demands,economic benefit,cultural benefits and social benefits.And from the OCOG and the World Exhibitions＇ relevant bid rules and precedents,the feasibility of bidding for the Olympic Games and the World Expo again is analyzed.At the same time,from the accumulated experience and maturity of risk avoidance on that China has successfully held Olympic Games and the World Expo,the comparative advantage of China bidding for the Olympic Games and the World Expo again is analyzed.Finally,the article briefly puts forward site options of bidding for the Olympic Games and the World Expo again.
