In the process of the reform and construction of ＂two-type society＂ in the city group of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan,the library with a unique advantage of information service in the construction of ＂two-type society＂ in the city group is expected to explore the ways and models of library innovative services in order to gain a certain economic benefits and good social benefits.This paper focuses on the favorable conditions and innovative models of library information services during the reform and construction of ＂two-type society＂ in Changsha–Zhuzhou–Xiangtan city group.
