现代教育改革的社会认识逻辑是指教育改革的社会认识机理及其方法论,主要包括教育改革的社会认识路线、社会决策模式和社会行动策略。现代教育改革的已有社会认识路线主要有"自上而下"和"自下而上"两条,而"上下结合"的认识路线是未来教育改革认识路线的逻辑发展;现代教育改革的社会决策模式主要有"草根式"与"精英式"两种基本模式,未来教育改革决策的发展方向是从"利益分割"走向"利益多赢";现代教育改革的社会行动策略包含微观与宏观两个基本维度,在实现微观的"静悄悄的教室革命"和宏观的"轰轰烈烈的行动建构"过程中,必将走向"个人行动"与"国家意志"的有机统一。因此,遵循现代教育改革的社会认识逻辑,未来教育改革需要在合理、规范的教育价值引导的基础上,建立良性的教育评价机制,在培育和谐、合作、互动的教育改革文化的过程中,营造良性的社会理解基础,在多元利益主体协商与对话的前提下,建立合理的教育决策平台,在多元社会立场不断融合的背景下,营造教育改革的良性社会舆论环境。
現代教育改革的社會認識邏輯是指教育改革的社會認識機理及其方法論,主要包括教育改革的社會認識路線、社會決策模式和社會行動策略。現代教育改革的已有社會認識路線主要有"自上而下"和"自下而上"兩條,而"上下結閤"的認識路線是未來教育改革認識路線的邏輯髮展;現代教育改革的社會決策模式主要有"草根式"與"精英式"兩種基本模式,未來教育改革決策的髮展方嚮是從"利益分割"走嚮"利益多贏";現代教育改革的社會行動策略包含微觀與宏觀兩箇基本維度,在實現微觀的"靜悄悄的教室革命"和宏觀的"轟轟烈烈的行動建構"過程中,必將走嚮"箇人行動"與"國傢意誌"的有機統一。因此,遵循現代教育改革的社會認識邏輯,未來教育改革需要在閤理、規範的教育價值引導的基礎上,建立良性的教育評價機製,在培育和諧、閤作、互動的教育改革文化的過程中,營造良性的社會理解基礎,在多元利益主體協商與對話的前提下,建立閤理的教育決策平檯,在多元社會立場不斷融閤的揹景下,營造教育改革的良性社會輿論環境。

The logic of social cognition of modern education reform is the mechanism of social cognition and its methodology,which include the social cognition routes,social decision-making models and social action strategies.There are mainly two social cognition routes in the modern education reform,namely,"from top to bottom" and "from bottom to top";while the logical development of the future cognition route is the combination of the existing two routes.There are two basic decision-making models of modern education reform,that is,the "grassroots-orientated" and the "elite-oriented";while the decision making model in the future will shift from a model of "fragmented interest" to a "win-win" one.The action strategies of modern education reform include micro and macro dimensions.In the realization of the micro "quiet revolution in the classroom" and the macro "vigorous construction of action",national will and individual actions will become organically consistent.Therefore,adhering to the logic of social cognition of modern education reform,education reform in the future should be based on rational and normative education values to establish a benign education assessment system.In the process of forming harmonious,cooperative and interactive education culture,future education reform should build a benign foundation of social understanding.In the precondition of multi-stakeholders' coordination and dialogue,future education reform should establish a rational platform for education decision making.In the context of the continuous integration of multiple social standpoints,a benign environment of public opinion for education reform should be created.
