无论是基于教师自身体验的解析,还是立足社会公众经验的审视,"教师是谁"都是当下教师教育与教育改革绕不开的一个议题。学校不仅仅是"教育"机构,在学校日常运作中,不同权力主体都在构筑不同的利益,学校生活呈现为复杂的"权力-利益"结构。在这个结构网络中,教师的存在呈现为象征性、区隔性、原子化。
無論是基于教師自身體驗的解析,還是立足社會公衆經驗的審視,"教師是誰"都是噹下教師教育與教育改革繞不開的一箇議題。學校不僅僅是"教育"機構,在學校日常運作中,不同權力主體都在構築不同的利益,學校生活呈現為複雜的"權力-利益"結構。在這箇結構網絡中,教師的存在呈現為象徵性、區隔性、原子化。

Either based on the analysis of the teachers' own experience,or the examination of the social public experience,the question that "Who is a teacher" is an important topic which cannot be neglected in the context of the current teacher education and educational reform.Rather than being an educational organization,the school has complex power-interest structure.In the daily operation of school,different power groups pursue different interests.And the existence of teacher presents to be symbolic for the school,to be distinct for the society,and to be atomized for the teacher groups.
