党政关系是现代国家政治生活中最基本的政治关系。在我国,党政关系先后历经了＂寓党于政＂、＂以党代政＂、＂党政分开＂以及＂党政关系规范化＂四个阶段。历史发展的进程告诉我们,党政关系规范化是正确处理党政关系的必然选择。因此,加强党的领导,积极发挥人大的作用,实现党政关系的法治化,建立党政信息公开机制,都将有助于实现党政关系的规范化。

The relationship between the CPC and the state organizations is a basic political relations in the political life of the modern state.In China,The relationship between the CPC and the state organizations has presented four stages that are ＂blending of the party in government＂,＂Party on behalf of the government＂,＂separation of party and government＂ and ＂The standardization between the CPC and the state organizations＂.the process development of History tells us the standardization between the CPC and the state organizations is the inevitable choice.Thus,there are four ways to achieve the standardization of the CPC and the state organizations,which are strengthening the Party＇s leadership,playing an active role in the NPC,achieving the legalization between the CPC and the state organizations,establishing information disclosure mechanism between the CPC and the state organizations.
